Understanding Probate

The probate process is also sometimes referred to as estate administration; it's the process of distributing the property of someone who has passed away. It is normal for this process to trigger some anxiety, especially if it's something you don't have familiarity with and at a time when emotions are already running high. Let us help you shoulder some of that burden.

Similarly, when someone in your life is having a hard time taking care of themselves, you might need to consider whether they are in need of a Guardian or Conservator. Guardianship and conservatorship are court-appointed roles designed to assist someone who is incapacitated and can't manage their own affairs. These are very important roles that come with a lot of responsibility, and it's very important to make sure you have the right person in that role. If you think someone in your life might be in need of a Guardian or Conservator, let's talk about it.
